This colorful bat mitzvah mixed flowers and balloons to create a fun and feminine feel. Tables were upholstered in blue velvet and chairs had fuchsia cushions. Showers of balloons came out of the walls. We built the most incredible sweets station on mirror tables with all different color coordinated macaroons, mini cakes, cupcakes and floating flowers.

We created spinning centerpieces with passed elements to be added by the guests transforming the dinner into an adult playground. Sensory cocktail experiences and giant projections on the Symphony’s sails transported guests to culinary heaven.
This neon Bar Mitzvah at The Temple House used video mapping and neon accents for the decor. We wanted to use neon cups and shapes together with acrylic glow furniture and a custom logo for the look. We were very specific with the mapping that we chose , so that it would go with the beat of the music, and work as part of the entertainment. The neon accents and glow furniture were the key to this fun decor.
For this gala for the Frost School of Music we used custom lounge furniture in grey velvet mixed with clear chairs. Grey vases were filled with purple Hellebores, white parrot tulips and cherry blossom branches. The tent ceiling was draped with grey fabric encasing the area. Custom upholstered highboy tables and bars complemented to the polished look of the Gala.
This Palm Beach 50th wedding anniversary party was beyond special. For the main dining room we used the client's original antique silver from the 18th century as bases for our floral decor, which included amazing flowers in every color and fruits making it look like a composition right out of a painting. Baccarat candelabras with tapered candles filled the room with flickering light. A soft band played in the background making it the perfect ambiance for this intimate and romantic evening.
This soccer Bar Mitzvah at Temple Beth David made all of Luca’s dreams come true. There was a 18ft soccer ball tower as the focal point with over 600 balls in the center of the soccer ball bar with a customized team logo. Video mapping was used as centerpieces in some tables with soccer images, while other tables had acrylic centerpieces with floating soccer balls with Luca’s logo throughout. For the card table we used game tickets over faux grass to create a stadium feel.
Nicole wanted the bride to feel like she was floating on a cloud so she constructed a Chuppah out of thousands of babies breath to create this effect. In the ballroom, custom marbled print tables had glass bubbles overflowing with white orchids, candles and personalized dinner napkins. Other tables had trees growing from the center. Behind the stage we built a 50ft wood structure with cascading orchids and marbled bar fronts.
This Bar Mitzvah was elegant and masculine with a bit of softness. We combined Chinese vases with greens and white flowers and leaves. Custom wood Tefillin boxes were used as bases for centerpieces. Oversized mirror M's were filled with succulents to create statement pieces and we painted giant tropical leaves in blue creating a wow effect.
This moroccan themed ball was amazing! Guests came in their nicest gowns and Moroccan tents and furniture transported them to another land. For the dance floor, we superimposed rugs to create an incredible image. Guests danced the night away under the stars.
This clouds & teddy bears baby shower combined blue, white and wood elements to create a cozy environment. Teddy bears holding kites were flying in the clouds over lush gardens of moss and blue and white flowers. The bar shelves had mini bears and assorted Chinese vases, and books in blue and white. A large faux hedge wall with the baby’s name was the perfect backdrop to the party!
This surprise birthday party was a blast! We used a caricature artist to create images of the birthday boy to use as centerpieces, for the custom dance floor and all the paper items. We had a salty doughnut wall, marquee lights, self standing images and a watermelon display with client's face carved in. The band Chicago was flown in to entertain the crowd.
The New World Symphony Gala celebrated American Composer John Williams. Star Wars characters including Chewbacca and R2D2 were part of this wonderful evening. Topiaries and hedges lined the entrance to this fabulous venue. Inside, guests were met with white and green flowers, candelabras and thousands of candles. A giant, 20 ft chandelier was the piece de resistance in the main dinning room.
This wedding had a Chupah covered with white phalaenopsis orchids, and the bride looked spectacular. The clear tent had a string light ceiling treatment, creating the feeling of being under the stars. Royal wood tables and chairs were decorated with gardens of white and green flowers and hurricane candles with gold borders. The dance floor and bars had custom images of the couples wedding invitation graphics.
For this wedding at the theater, we built custom decks over the seats creating tiers for our guest seating. The bride wanted beautiful trees filled with flowers, and candles, as well as crystal candelabras. A dessert table with sweets from world renowned pastry chef was flanked by white flowers, crystals and silver trays.To add to the evening we added opera singers on opposite balconies serenading guests during dinner.
For this twin Bat Mitzvah, the cocktail area was floored with faux grass, creating an equestrian vybe with food trucks, custom planters with pink and yellow flowers, jump obstacles, a mechanical bull and tall green hedge walls with horse tack. The reception area had 3ft acrylic yellow and pink letters filled with flowers, custom acrylic tables filled with gel balls, a 25ft acrylic splash with video mapping and waiters in roller blades. Jason Derulo performed on an LED stage with CO2 canons and an LED screen dance floor projected the heart beat of the party!
A million treasures made up this pink pirate birthday party. There was a walk in closet filled with full pirate outfits for each child upon arrival. Mermaids in the pool, and pirates around the house. Pirate ships in all different sizes were filled with themed sweets and food. The entire house was transformed into a pink pirate wonderland, complete with treats and even a pirate ship floating in the pool
For this intimate chic lemon birthday dinner at Mr. C hotel, we brought 12 blue ceramic pots with lemon trees into the ballroom. The wood table had a custom acrylic runner with blue and white motif, and white vases were filled with lemons and olive branches. Specialty cutlery, china and lanterns with pillar candles completed the look along with blue velvet gold framed chairs.
We transformed a backyard into a full Octoberfest birthday party! A giant custom stage framed by wood barrels and flowers, along with a full sized log cabin pub and mini log houses with flower planters were just some of the incredible details. 5 food trucks were parked around the property and food was passed by waiters on trays with the clients’ face. As guests entered they were given props and dressed in character by entertainers, as the Polka band played traditional polka themes with lasers and fireworks completing this WOW evening.
We personalized every detail of this tennis birthday party. Floral arrangements were made with tennis balls and dainty white flowers. A beverage truck was serving specialty limoncello cocktails in personalized cups. The fountain was transformed into a stage for our crooner band. To add to the evening all guests were dressed in vintage tennis outfits that added life to our vintage tennis decor from lounges to vintage rackets and custom pillows.
This His & His Green Wedding at PAMM was stunning, elegant and masculine. Small and intimate with black velvet banquets for the ceremony, and a runner of moss with planted green hellebores. A “wedding arch” installation was constructed from magnolia leaves and flowers, Japanese ranunculus, and hellebores. The acrylic table top over a bed of moss with custom chargers and menus as well as a stunning green and white floral runner completed the evening.
An intimate and delicate Shabbat dinner at a private residence. Custom acrylic boxes were filled with light purple roses, sand and votives creating a soft and cozy atmosphere. Specialty glassware with purple stems and china gave an upscale feel to this stunning dinner. We used round tables with light purple linens and clear acrylic chairs.
For the Harry Potter themed Bat Mitzvah, we transformed the client’s home into Hogwarts, by using centerpieces with house colors, wood tables and chairs, custom lounge furniture with flip sequin pillows and more. We built the stage and custom dance floor with vinyl over the pool, with a full size LED backdrop and dj booth for MC Dale and the dancers. Our Honeydukes had themed sweets and candies, a talking sorting hat and the fat lady greeted guests at the door.
Long tables with blush velvet linens were flanked with runners of lush pink ombre flowers. Then dessert room had giant rose gold urns filled with pink flowers, crystal risers and beautiful sweets. For the dance area, a clear tent was filled with custom blush velvet covered lounges, a pink marble wrapped dance floor, a giant LED backdrop and disco balls. In the center of the upholstered bar there was a large pink cherry blossom tree.
For this Elegant Wedding we used 7,000 with and blush roses and eucalyptus to create a backdrop for the band. We used neutral romantic furniture mixed with traditional tables with crisp linens to create a fun Miami / Venezuelan wedding, mixing the old with the new. Giant urns with greens framed the room and a custom dance floor added to the details ,making this wedding at the Dupont Building so special.
This elegant black, gold and green jungle set the tone for an incredible dinner for 300 wall street men. The client asked for something sexy and upscale using tropical leaves but not creating a tropical feel. We used black velvet linens, gold chargers and gold chairs, connecting the royal tables for a regal feel. A calligraphy artist wrote names on acrylic leaf shaped name cards as a personalized detail.
This Holliday party at The Perez Museum brought in corporate identity with its elegant and inviting decor. A mix of mirror bases with yellow, blue and white flowers as well as assorted votives made up the stunning centerpieces on our mirrored tables. Lighting was key to complete the look. After dinner guests were moved to another area with fire pits, s’mores and dancing under the stars.
Come one come all to this over the top circus birthday party. Enter through a custom ticket booth, red carpet and red drapes into this amazing circus. Red and white linens with balloons, candies and toys as centerpieces, giant stuffed animals and a custom themed sweet table had kids talking for months. Entertainers dressed as circus animals and performers brought this spectacle to life!
This Arabian Nights Bnoi Mitzvah for a twin boy and girl was amazing! Guests entered into a magical journey with Arabian tents and furniture, lamps and hanging paper stars. The custom dance floor had a mosaic print, and the stage was a mini replica of the Taj Majal,with a large LED screen in the center. Outdoors we had an area for the adults with hundreds of hanging stars, and a mirror runner with different color flowers and candles.
Tropical leaves and flowing white phalaenopsis orchids set the tone for this sultry, fun Havana Chic wedding. Tables had full grown banana trees emerging from the center, with planted orchids and candles. A giant bar upholstered with velvet and rose gold mirror was the center of the room with a tropical garden growing in the background. A fabulous custom dance floor with green leaves called guests to dance the night away.
This 80’s birthday party was a blast! She was turning 35 and he was turning 50, together they were in their 80’s!. From rubiks cubes and neon colors to cassettes and boom boxes, we transported the guests back to their youth. The band was amazing and we extended the party by 2 extra hours.Themed parties are the best!
This VIP suite was for a client who was the major sponsor in the Miami Open tennis tournament, and wanted to transform their space into a welcoming and relaxing, yet upscale vip viewing area. The space was gutted and we constructed floors, added power and made custom detailed furniture and fixtures for the entire VIP lounge. We matched the logo colors even in the bromeliads and plants. Wood was the predominant material used with orange and red details.
